An invalid test result means that the candidate has completed one or more tests in an incorrect way. This can be due to answering too few questions for a reliable result, being disengaged and answering with too little variation, or encountering a problem such as their device shutting down or accidentally exiting the test.
You can see whether a candidate has invalid results on the project page or on the candidate’s page.

Candidate Page

On the candidate page, a tooltip indicating that the candidate has invalid tests will appear under the Candidate Status label, and will tell you how many tests are invalid. To get more detailed information, go to the “Assigned Tests” tab.
Assigned Tests

In this example, you can see that Logic and Personality are invalid. The candidate has completed the Logic test with too many fast responses, while the Personality test was completed too quickly overall.
If the candidate has completed all tests but has one or more invalid results, the candidate will still receive a prediction, although it may not be reliable. The candidate may have been disengaged our encountered a problem during the test. You can let them retake the test, which we recommend if they have encountered a problem.
If you want to give the candidate a second chance to complete the tests, you can read more about test retakes here.
