In this article, we walk you through the journey from invitation to a completed assessment.

Candidate and test statuses help you track where candidates are in their test journey. On the candidate results page and in the “Assigned Tests” tab, you’ll find all the information you need to understand where a candidate is in the process.

In short:

• The Candidate Status tells you whether the full assessment is completed or not.
• The Test Status tells you the progress of each individual test.

Follow the candidate

You can follow a candidate’s status in most tabs within a project. In the “Invitation” tab, you get an overview of all candidates in the project, including when the invitation was sent, to which email, and whether a deadline is set.

Newly invited candidates

When a candidate is invited, the status changes to “Invited”. Until the candidate starts a test or the invitation expires, the Candidate Status will remain “Invited”.

Under the “Assigned Tests” tab, you’ll find the status per test. In the example below, the candidate is invited to seven tests, all with the Test Status “Pending”. This means the tests have not yet been started.
