1. Definitions

If You are accessing the Service as a Customer under a separate written agreement (such as a Master Service Agreement or Statement of Work), that agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms and, where applicable, a separate agreement with Cohr, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service solely for internal business purposes.
