1. Definitions

• “Cohr”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” means Cohr Group Sverige AB.
• “Service” means Cohr’s website (cohrgroup.com), the CohrEx platform (cohrex.ai), and related digital services, tools, and assessment solutions provided by Cohr.
• “User”, “You”, or “Your” means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
• “Customer” means a legal entity that has entered into a separate agreement with Cohr for use of the Service.
• “Account” means a unique account created to access the Service.
• “Terms” means these Terms and Conditions governing use of the Service.

If You are accessing the Service on behalf of a legal entity, You represent that You have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Cohr regarding use of the Service, except where a separate written agreement applies.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You may not access or use the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

If You are accessing the Service as a Customer under a separate written agreement (such as a Master Service Agreement or Statement of Work), that agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

Your use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Notice.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms and, where applicable, a separate agreement with Cohr, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service solely for internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to unauthorized third parties;
