2. Controller and Processor commitments

Cohr Group provides assessment services both through our digital platform, CohrEx, and through executive assessment assignments conducted on behalf of customers. If you are reading this because you are completing or have completed one of our assessments, “customer” most likely refers to your current employer or a company you are applying to.

In most cases, we process personal data on behalf of the customer or organization that engages our services. In those situations, the customer acts as the Data Controller, meaning that they decide why the assessment is carried out and how the results are used. Cohr Group acts as a Data Processor and processes personal data in accordance with the customer’s instructions.

In limited situations where Cohr Group processes personal data for its own purposes — for example to maintain system security, comply with legal obligations, or use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our services — Cohr Group acts as an independent Data Controller.

3. Type of data we collect

To provide our services, we may collect the following types of information from you:

• Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Name and email address, that you or a third party provide us (for example a company you apply for a job at, or currently work at).
• Psychometric data: Assessment responses, accuracy, and completion times, which are used for scoring, reliability checks, and behavioral profiling in relation to employment and worker management. These psychometric data are processed for organizational-, development- and recruitment-related purposes and are not used for any medical, diagnostic, or health assessment purposes.
• Attribute data: Demographic data such as gender, date of birth, employment information, and other information relevant to the assessment context.
• Technical data: This includes information about the device you use to access our tests, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
• Performance data: For example, indicators that the company you work for holds to measure your performance.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect from you to provide the best possible service to you and our customers without risking the rights of your personal data*.* Our assessment tools are there to support structured and informed evaluations.
