When a candidate is invited to a project to complete a set of tests, you can follow their progress throughout the entire test journey.
Invited (Grey)
When you first invite a candidate, their status is “Invited”.
This means the candidate has been added to the project and has received an invitation email.
Awaiting Test Completion (Purple)
Once the candidate has logged in and started or completed at least one test, their status changes to “Awaiting Test Completion”.
You can track which tests the candidate has completed, as well as their individual test statuses, under the “Assigned Tests” tab.
Insights Ready (Blue)
When the candidate has completed all assigned tests, the status changes to “Insights Ready”.
At this point, you can view the full results.
Invited (Expired, red)
If a deadline has been set and the candidate does not complete all tests before it expires, the status will appear as “Invited” in red.
