If you are getting a message that the OTP is wrong, it can be due to a couple of reasons.
First, make sure that you have entered it correctly. We recommend copying and pasting the code instead of entering it one digit at a time.
If you have requested the OTP more than one time, the issue might be that you are entering the first code you received. As soon as you request a new OTP (which you can do after 1 minute), the previously requested OTP becomes invalid.
Even though you can request a new OTP after 1 minute, we recommend waiting a couple of extra minutes. Otherwise, you might enter the first OTP when you expect the second to arrive, and end up in a loop of wrong codes.
If this happens, or if the code does not arrive at all, we advise you to wait 10–15 minutes and try again.
