When you get started with CohrEx Platform, you always have access to two set of test packages: the General Business Assessment and Executive Business Assessment.

When you create a project with one of the test packages - selected under Profiles - and invite a candidate, the candidate will receive a set of pre-selected tests. The tests for the each of the assessment are:

General Business Assessment

Personality: A self-inventory describing personality in a business oriented context.

Tower test: Test measuring the capability to plan several steps ahead.

Card Sorting: Test measuring the flexibility in shifting focus and adapt to new rules or circumstances.

Color Word: Test measuring Inhibition, the capability to restrain impulses or behavior.

The total effective time to complete all tests are approximately 35-45 minutes.

Executive Business Assessment

Personality: A self-inventory describing personality in a business oriented context.

Tower test: Test measuring the capability to plan several steps ahead.

Card Sorting: Test measuring the flexibility in shifting focus and adapt to new rules or circumstances.

Color Word: Test measuring Inhibition, the capability to restrain impulses or behavior.

Logic: Test measuring the skill to identify patterns and rules based on visual information.

Verbal: Test measuring the capacity to evaluate detailed and complex information.
