You can export candidate data directly from a project.

1. Go to the project from which you want to export data.
2. Open the “Candidates” tab.
3. In the top-right corner above the candidate table, click the three dots (⋯).
4. Select “Export data”.

This will download a CSV file containing all candidate data available in the project table.

Note that even if some factors are not visible in the default table view, their results will still be included in the export.

The data in the CSV file corresponds to the results shown in the table. To better understand what the factor results mean, you can:

• Open an individual candidate’s results, or
• Navigate to “Profiles” in the sidebar menu

Note: Access to Profiles is limited to Admin users.

Important - Personal Data & GDPR

When you export candidate data, you are downloading personal data from the platform. Once exported, you become responsible for how that data is stored, processed, and shared.

Cohr Group remains a data processor (and/or controller, depending on the agreement) for data within the platform. However, for the exported file, you act as the data controller and must ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, such as GDPR. This includes handling the data securely and only for legitimate purposes.
