To create a new project, go to “Projects” and click “Create project”.

First you give the project a name. For example the title of the position if you are creating a project for one or several recruitments. In the description you can add context to your project.
You select the preferred profile from the list. When selecting a profile, you inherently select the psychometric tests the candidates in the project will take. This makes sure you only let the candidate perform the relevant tests for the position or purpose of the testing.

You can tag the project with a Role or Business Units. This makes it easier to keep track and statistics on your projects, and we recommend you to always add a Role and at least one Business Unit to your project.
Create a new project

You assign access to the project by either adding users as “Collaborators” or “Viewers”. The Collaborators can do everything as the creator of the project can do. This means you can invite new candidates, change or delete the project, and change the acquisition status of the candidates. As a Viewer, you can only view the information and results within the project.
The is no limit on how many Collaborators and Viewers you can add to a project, but make sure you have control of who you add, as project can include exclusive information that everybody in your organization that have access to the CohrEx Platform shall see.
If you want to create a project but do not have all information there yet, you can draft a project by click the dropdown button and select "Draft". In draft stage, you cannot invite candidates our view the specific project.
When a project is published and active, you cannot change the Role and Business Units. To do so, you first have to click edit the project clicking the three dots under the column Actions, and set the project to "Draft". Now, you can go back into the project and change the information.
